We loved this hotel! The location was fantastic, right next to the Avenida underground station on the blue line. It made it so easy for us to explore the city and reach the further corners of this city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the rooftop pool and bar were a great way for us to relax after a long day of walking around. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great tips on the best places to visit and answering any questions we had. Plus, the hotel was in a nice neighborhood with easy access to public transport, making it convenient for us to explore other parts of the city.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the center and not far from the main square. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, with tree-lined streets and a seemingly public area. Plus, it's just a short walk straight down to the river, perfect for a scenic stroll. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows for a great night's sleep. The staff is friendly and eager to help, providing recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing options. The buffet breakfast offers a plentiful selection of delicious options to start your day off right.

One downside is the lack of drawers in the room, making it a bit challenging to store small items that won't hang up in the wardrobe.

the location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience.

The check, in and check, out process could be a bit slow, as the reception area is on the smaller side. It would have been nice to have more seating available in the rooftop pool area, as there were only 6, 8 sunbeds.
